Book Your Surgery via Credit / Debit Card

Have a specific date in mind? > Please go to our "Book Your Surgery" calendar to select your exact day and submit your deposit.
‍Don't have an exact date yet? > You can still lock in your quoted price today! Use the secure link below to pay your $350 USD deposit. Once you do, your personal Patient Coordinator will reach out to help you choose the perfect date whenever you are ready.

Pay Your Balance via Credit / Debit Card

The remaining balance for your procedure can be conveniently paid via credit or debit card once you arrive at our hospital on the day of your surgery.
-To ensure a smooth check-in process, please remember to bring your physical card with you.
-We also highly recommend contacting your bank prior to your trip to place a travel notice for Tijuana, Mexico, and to authorize the transaction amount, as US banks frequently block large international medical payments for your protection.

Cash, Wire Transfers & Cashier's Checks

We accept the following manual payment methods for your convenience.

Cash Payments

Patients may complete their remaining balance directly at the hospital prior to surgery.

Wire Transfer

Wire transfers are accepted. Please request bank details from your Coordinator.

Cashier’s Check

Certified cashier’s checks are accepted payable to "Cornerstone Bariatrics LLC" (please don't forget the LLC )

Option 1: Secure Online Payments

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

Enter the exact amount you wish to pay today (in USD). This amount will be securely processed and automatically credited to your patient file.

How Your Payment is Applied

Instant Receipt: You will automatically receive an email receipt with the details of this transaction for your personal records.
‍Account Updated: Our coordination team will be instantly notified of your payment and will deduct this amount from your total pending balance.
‍Flexible Payments: You can return to this page at any time before your deadline to make additional partial payments at your own pace.
